Hi, will Tui LawnForce damage my Kikuyu lawn?

Hi Bruce, Tui LawnForce is safe to use on Kikuyu lawns, use Tui LawnForce All Purpose in late winter, early spring, around August. Any earlier than this and the fertiliser will wash through the soil as soil temperatures need to be above 10 degrees Celsius for plants to actively absorb fertiliser. You can also apply LawnForce Weedkill in spring if you are wanting to control broadleaf weeds in your lawn. Weedkill may cause some yellowing of your Kikuyu lawn, but it will quickly recover, try a test patch first before treating the whole lawn. Lianne, Tui Team.
