My indoor cyclamen has stopped flowering, is this normal?

A.

Hi Milton, this is normal, cyclamen are cool temperature flowering plants, when temperatures warm up they tend to stop flowering until autumn. You can remove the old foliage and stop watering your cyclamen now it is going dormant. Place it somewhere shady where it can dry out for the summer, and then in February/March repot the cyclamen, and start watering it again, it should come away as long as the bulb is healthy, you will be able to tell whether it is healthy it will be nice and firm and not soft and spongy. Once they have finished flowering, they can be planted in the garden in a shady spot. The Tui Team.
